All physical roofing work, inspections, estimates, tear-offs, repairs, and warranties are executed directly by independent, licensed, and insured Arkansas roofing contractors. Contracts for roofing work are executed between the homeowner and the assigned contractor.

2. Insurance Claims & Legal Disclosures

Our website and affiliated contractors provide forensic damage assessments, photo reports, and on-site contractor representation during adjuster walk-throughs. However:

• We are not public insurance adjusters and do not adjust, negotiate, or settle insurance claims on your behalf.
• In accordance with Arkansas state law (including HB 1308), contractors may not pay, waive, rebate, or absorb property owner insurance deductibles. Property owners are legally responsible for their deductible amount.

3. Estimates, Scopes, and Pricing

Additional damage discovered during tear-off (such as rotted wood decking or compromised rafters) will be documented and supplemented in accordance with Arkansas building codes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Little Rock Hail Roof Repair or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, delayed weather responses, or structural compromises caused by catastrophic storm events.
